Cancellations & Refund Policy


1. Cancellation PolicyOrder Cancellations by Customers:

Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order anytime before the product is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at computerdigital6@gmail.com with your order details.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can still request a return and refund as per our return policy.

Order Cancellations by Us :
Stock Unavailability: In case a product is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers will be notified and refunded in full. Fraudulent Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.

2. Refund PolicyEligibility for Refunds:
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will process a replacement or refund as per your preference. 

Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or issue a refund.

 Unsatisfactory Products: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and process a refund if applicable.

Non-Refundable Items: Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of organic vegetables and manure, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the request and verifying the returned product (if applicable).Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
